The production of IML containers (In-Mold Labeling) refers to a process in which labeling is simultaneously produced by the production of plastic containers inside the mold. In this method, the label becomes an integral part of the container body, and unlike the traditional methods where the label is attached separately, the label and the container are completely integrated.
Label's placement: Label printed by the robot is stabilized using suction or static electricity in the mold wall.
Injection of plastic materials: plastic materials I melt (often polypropylene or polyethylene) is injected into the mold. At this point, the label is integrated with molten material and part of the container. .
